Return rights depend on what you ordered. Blank, undecorated merchandise may be
returned if it is unused, unworn, unwashed and still has its original tags and
packaging, and the return is authorised within 14 days of delivery. Custom and
decorated products — printed apparel, DTF transfers, gang sheets and print-on-demand
goods — are generally final sale once production begins. If we made a production
error or the item is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put
