These terms apply to Arden's Print membership plans, including any Warrior, Elite, Royal, or successor tiers offered on the website.
1. Enrollment
You must have a valid account and payment method. The plan price, billing interval, and current benefits are shown before enrollment.
2. Automatic Renewal
Membership renews automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You authorize recurring charges, including applicable tax.
Renewal timing may vary slightly due to processor timing. Keep payment information current.
3. Benefits
Benefits may include discounts, priority treatment, credits, or other features described for the selected tier.
Benefits are account-specific, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may exclude taxes, shipping, rush fees, special orders, prior purchases, or specified products.
4. Cancellation
Cancel through the account tools if available or contact us before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing.
Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged for the current period are nonrefundable, and access continues through the paid period.
5. Price or Benefit Changes
We may change future pricing or benefits with notice required by law. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Failed Payments
We may retry a failed charge, suspend benefits, or cancel membership. You remain responsible for valid charges.
7. Promotions and Trials
Trial or promotional terms control for the stated period. Unless clearly stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid plan at the disclosed price unless canceled before conversion.
8. Abuse
We may suspend or cancel membership for fraud, sharing, resale of benefits, chargeback abuse, or policy violations. Earned legal rights are unaffected.
